As a charity, we are supported by businesses, individuals, churches and community organizations. We partner with community churches to help families in need. 

Our objectives are:

1. To provide support and education to individuals and families who may find themselves in a crisis pregnancy situation.
2. To provide a loving and caring environment for families in distress as a way to comfort and support them, showing them God’s love in very practical ways.
3. To support the local church in fulfilling Christ’s commission by giving its members an opportunity to minister in the community.
4. To promote life and healthy relationships in the community at large.

The Pregnancy Help Centre of Durham exists to demonstrate God's love and mercy, giving help to people who may be distressed due to pregnancy.

We believe that life is God-created, begins at conception and is a very valuable gift. It is our intent to be available in times of fear or uncertainty with hope and care to families in need.
